The Tonbridge Driving School currently has 3 experienced instructors:

David Steelsmith is The Big Red L Company's Area manager for the whole of the TN postcode region. A gifted communicator who always seems highly motivated to bring out the best in each of his pupils. He has an excellent set of driving test results.

Colin Kentish Colin joined us in 2006 as our dedicated driving instructor for the Tonbridge area.

He is a calm, friendly and very patient character with extensive knowledge and a good sense of humour. 

Colin’s aim is to create the perfect learning environment in which his pupils can relax and more importantly enjoy their driving tuition.

He previously spent the past 16 years working in the motor trade as After Sales and Customer Services Director at a local Land Rover Dealership.

His philosophy has always been to exceed customer expectations by providing the best possible service, therefore ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Alex Beard is conscientious and hard working. He also has an appaling sense of humour
